- The return request will go through a review process by our team and a Return Authorized Number (RA#) will be provided to you.
- You must provide the tracking # in order to receive the refund.
- The leather bags, products,and accessories must be returned in their original branded box along with the dust bag (where applicable), which should be placed inside the protective box used for shipping.

All bags are fully warranted against defects due to material or craftsmanship defect for the life usage of the item by the owner. Leather Bags Gallery will supply replacement parts, repairs or replace your bag as long as a proof of purchase and ownership is provided. The bag is guaranteed from manufactures and does not cover damage, wear and tear resulting from the commercial use or misuse. Any defects must be reported to us within 14 days you received the item(s).
